Håndtering av opphørte personer i Person‑API
I Person‑API og i Folkeregisteret (FREG) kan en oppføring for en person settes som opphørt. Det finnes to scenarier der dette kan skje:
- Fjerning av duplikate oppføringer
- En oppføring for en person settes som opphørt fordi den er en duplikat.
- Dette skjer når en person har to oppføringer som slås sammen til én samlet oppføring.
- Fjerning av ugyldige oppføringer
- En oppføring for en person settes som opphørt.
- Dette skjer når en oppføring aldri skulle ha eksistert.
Begge scenarioene forekommer sjeldent, men fjerning av duplikate oppføringer er det vanligste.
Fjerning av duplikate oppføringer
Når den samme personen har flere oppføringer i registeret, konsolideres dataene til én enkelt oppføring, og én oppføring markeres som fortsatt mens den andre markeres som opphørt. Denne prosessen er også beskrevet i delen «Merge entries» på hendelser‑siden. Hendelsestypen som er knyttet til den opphørte oppføringen er «PersonIsDiscontinuedAsDuplicate».
Alle identifikatorer (NIN‑er) i den opphørte oppføringen overføres til den fortsatte oppføringen, slik at en get‑by‑nin‑forespørsel for noen av NIN‑ene i den opphørte oppføringen nå peker på den fortsatte oppføringen, og dette dokumentet returneres i Person‑API.
I FREG blir oppføringen som ble opphørt som duplikat slettet fra registeret, men i Person‑API finnes det fortsatt en personId‑referanse til den opphørte oppføringen. Derfor inneholder Person‑API fortsatt et dokument for oppføringer som er opphørt som duplikater. Et get‑by‑id‑oppslag ved hjelp av en opphørt personId‑referanse vil gi et dokument uten gyldige identifikatorer og med personstatus satt til opphørt. All annen informasjon vil være tom. Removal of invalid entries
An entry can also be set as discontinued without being a duplicate. This would be cases where an entry should never have existed in the first place, and any identifiers (NINs) should have never been assigned. The associated event type for an entry being discontinued is "PersonIsDiscontinued". In this case, the person status is set to discontinued, and all assigned NINs are also marked as discontinued. The rest of the document is left unchanged. In the Person API, it will no longer be possible to look up this person by NIN, but looking up the person using a personId reference will still return the document. A json example from test data is provided below.
