Critical information statistics

The Critical information service send usage data to the Statistics service.

External clients can access the data via the Statistics service REST API or view data here Statistikk for nasjonale e-helseløsninger

Usage data is generated when critical information is created, updated, read, or deleted. Usage data is erased when a patient is deceased, has a confidential address, has opted out of Kjernejournal, or when data was entered in error.

Initial load of statistics data

The critical info service started to produce data to the new statistics service in September 2026. Before that we don't have statistics data for read events. For historical create, update and delete events, statistics is created, but these data are missing sourceSystem and isKjPortal values.
